Shipping & Return Policy


We really would like to keep a great relationship between us and you the customer, so we would like to let you know every think up front with no surprises later. We believe that this is one of the best ways to keep great relationships with our customers through the following years to come. We tell you the facts and we give you all the information up front so you can decide and we hope you enjoy shopping at our new online store.

1. Shipping
We offer local and worldwide delivery of our products through Normal or Registered Mailing, Worldwide Normal or Registered Air-Mailing, and EMS but not on Sundays and Public Holidays as our logistic partners do not pick-up on these days.

"Registered Mailing or Air-Mailing is a secured, registered shipping that most customers prefer simply because it is cheap, reasonably fast, and most importantly, the possibility of tracking."

Please note that Regular Mails and Air-Mails are not insurable for any contingencies which may happen during shipping / by Customs. International shipping might cause a breakage of package sometimes. This is rare but it may happen. Thanks for your understanding.

2. Shipping Cost
The shipping rate is calculated by quantity of items and destination for small orders and by weight for big orders. All big orders will automatically be send via EMS as parcels. There is no minimum order quantity required and you can mix and match the items to enjoy discounts.

Handling Rates: Unlike most other companies, we DO NOT charge any handling fees.

1) Local Mailing in Singapore:
- Free Singapore Normal Mailing on accessories.
- Flat rate of $4.00 for Registered Mailing on accessories.
- Flat rate of $5.00 for Registered Mailing on all other items.

2) Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, and Thailand:
- Flat rate of $3.50 for Normal Mailing and $5.00 for Registered
Mailing on accessories.
- Flat rate of $6.00 for Registered Mailing on all other items.
- Shipping charges depend on weight for mass orders.

3) Other countries beside the above:
(We reserve the rights to reject any order from countries that we
may not be able to access for delivery due to circumstances
beyond our control.)
- Flat rate of $5.00 for Normal Mailing and $6.00 for Registered
Mailing on accessories.
- Flat rate of $8.50 for Registered Mailing on all other items.
- Shipping charges depend on weight for mass orders.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost through Normal Mailing and therefore, we recommend you to use Registered Mailing to prevent package loss.

3. Shipment and Tracking Details
We will send you an email alert regarding the shipment of your order as soon as your order is handed over to the post office. You will be provided with the Order ID and a Tracking Number to track your order online through the Post Office website.

4. Shipping Time and Delays
Delivery time is approximately 8-14 days working days for Worldwide Normal and Registered Air-Mail, depending on the destination. Local Normal and Registered Mailing will take a shorter delivery time, earliest 4 working days for non pre-ordered items. Due to unforseen circumstances, delays may occur and no refund, return, replacement, or exchange shall be allowed for this reason.

5. Customs
International customers may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As we only charge you for the purchase price, shipping, and/or optional insurance (if requested) for your item, any additional charges incurred at customs clearance (not limited to duties & tariffs) must be paid for by you.

6. Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
All items sold are non-exchangeable or refundable unless on special conditions.
(Notify us via email at yourfashionindulgence.com@gmail.com with the defect item picture within 72 hours of receipt and we will email you if a return on defect item is required.

Our RMA warehouses are in Singapore and China (for selected items) and return item must be in its original packaging. Incomplete return may be refused or disregarded and we are not responsible for item lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air-Mail to ensure that it reaches us.

Defect item can be:
1) exchanged,
2) refunded, or
3) added into our Store Credit balance for future purchase.

Please read the following points carefully when returning your item:
Customer is responsible for the cost of all outbound and return shipping costs (although we do allow return shipping costs to be refunded in our Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return in exceptional cases. However, the defective claim has to be confirmed valid in this instance and item has to be returned via Regular Mail / Air-Mail or Registered Mail / Air-Mail.).

If, it has been over 20 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact us at yourfashionindulgence.com@gmail.com to investigate the location of your order. While we work quickly to locate, send another one, or refund your purchase, please allow up to 15 days for resolution. For non-insured order, we can provide you with the Delivery Confirmation Number to contact your local Post Office as well as help with an investigation.

If, for any reason there is a delay in shipping because an item is unavailable after order processing or if there is an unusual delay in filing an order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you by email the new expected delivery date for your order.

If any item is unavailable after order processing:
1) a refund will be given or
2) amount will be added to Store Credit balance.
